Cannot Login to USB FLEX 50

I am having some difficulty in login to console. the user name field is disabled. On inspection I can see that the input field is 'readyonly'. It's having a default username as support. But I have been asked to use 'admin' and pwd '1234'. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @bbtv ,

    The firewall is in Nebula mode, password is at Site-wide > Configure > Site settings > Local credentials. Please use local credentials to log in device local web gui.

    Unfortunately, I don't know the exact cause or exact solution. I can only suggest that your unit contains a custom firmware and that you may have to install a default firmware to solve your problem.
