    Hello @Zyxel_Ivan @Zyxel_Irene I'd appreciate if you could assist me in deleting my account as well. I created a Zyxel portal account, however my family had already set one up. I'd appreciate any assistance in deleting the Zyxel account connected to this accounts email. Thanks.
