PX3321-T1 AX3000 Wifi 6 Router Info?

I'm an internet provider and I've already done all the tests with the router. However, the router does not store the PRESET in memory with the VLAN and the SETTINGS that I placed in the router. Is there another admin mode called SuperUser? Does this router have this mode? With this router, can I do a mass preset and even add a logo?

All internet providers have a VLAN that represents connection restoration, type 120 Reset, this will alarm that the client that was connected has reset the router. If this is not the case on the router, will we lose this router?
