GS1200-5/-8 stuck in upgrade mode after upgrade via vpn/different subnet

We recognize the inconvenience caused by the firmware upgrade issues on your GS1200-5 v2 and GS1200HP-8 v2 switches. I would like to inform you that we have acknowledged this problem and are taking steps to address it in our upcoming manufacturing batches of GS1200 series switches by extending the duration of the firmware upgrade process, which should mitigate similar issues in the future. Unfortunately, this specific issue cannot be resolved through a firmware upgrade on existing devices.
