NR7102 Firmware

I have bought this second hand (new in box)

It has some limited vendor firmware that does not have the /Upgrade Firmware section in the menu.

How do i put the zyxel firmware on this device?

    Are you able to access GUI and find the Maintenance>Firmware Upgrade page?

    If not, can you provide a GUI Homepage screenshot for checking?

    Thanks for replying.

    No there is no /Firmware upgrade section. Maintenance page only has reboot option

    Have you tried resetting the device to its factory settings? This should remove any vendor firmware and allow you to install the Zyxel firmware. You can also try contacting time card calculator Zyxel support for further assistance with the installation process.
