Remove Device from MyZyxel portal

Hello,
I want to remove a device whose license period has already expired from our myZyxel.
Why is it, that I cannot do it, without your interference?
Please tell me the way to do so.

If you want to remove the registered device from your account, please PM me the MAC and SN.
I can help you to unregister the device.
