USG FLEX 200H – No Nebula cloud monitor mode after firmware update

I heard from other administrators that they experienced the same problem: after upgrading the USG FLEX 200H to V1.10(ABWV.1), the device won't show online again in Nebula. Reboots didn't help.
Is there anything we can try to get it work again?
