My new FWA510 does not function when trying to connect to an external antenna
I recently got the FWA510 and hooked it up today. It works just fine when not having any external antenna connected, but the second I try to connect one it is unable to make any sort of internet connection and I have no idea why.
I have tried everything I can think of but have no idea why this would be an issue.

Hi there,
It seems like there might be a compatibility issue with the external antenna you are using. Could you please check if the antenna specifications match TS9 connectors for external antennas, those recommended for the FWA510? Also, ensuring the antenna is properly connected and checking for any physical damage could be helpful.
Don’t forget to move the button from internal (INT) to external (EXT)
