This was not fixed. Infact I was having some ISP connection issues and all 3 of my APs changed to DCS for all 2.4ghz and 5ghz channels.

Hi @jpblanch75 ,
Your report is related to a problem with APs registered in the U.S., where AP channels were automatically switching from manual to DCS following a reboot.
This issue has been addressed and resolved through an update to the Nebula portal. The solution has been confirmed effective by other users.

Hi @jpblanch75 ,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
After thoroughly examining your site, we discovered an automatic transition from manually configured channels to DCS that occurred on February 19th at 16:08 AM (UTC-5). We have been working actively on a resolution.
Thank you!

Hi @jpblanch75 ,
The issue related to the channel previously being set to a fixed manual setting and then changing to automatically switch to DCS if reboots with the AP is in the U.S has been resolved. Please help to monitor your site.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Hi all,
i'm facing a similar thing with my setup, channels changing on their own without DCS enabled.
I'm having an NWA90AX as root AP and an NWA50AX as remote AP connected via SmartMesh. I set both APs to manual channels for both 2.4 and 5GHz but they seem to change channels on their own.
NWA90AX: channel 6 and 36 no DCS
NWA50AX: channel 11 and 44 no DCS
resulting i both APs working an 11 and 44 after reboot.
As this result in interference here, i haven't found any solution yet so this is still not fixed? I'm not in the U.S.
Best regards
Christian

Hi all,
i think my problem is related to this. I have an NWA90AX and NWA50AX connected via SmartMesh setup in Nebula.
With disabled DCS i set the channels manually for both devices in 2.4/5GHz, but Nebula is doing it's own.
Setup:
NWA90AX: 11 + 36
NWA50AX: 6 + 44
Result after reboot for both is 11 + 44. When i use DCS nebula also sets both devices to 11+44 which isn't optimal. Any chance to fix this?
Regards, Christian

Hi @ChristianW ,
This original post discusses an issue with AP registration in the U.S. under specific scenarios, which doesn't seem to match your case.
We also noticed that you created a new post to report this issue. Please continue the discussion there.
