How to limit Internet access for individual users by MAC address? For example, speed and ban YouTube, Facebook.

    It can't do by MAC address but IP address

    I think this should work:

    1 - Go to Network > IP/MAC Binding and bind the MAC address of the device to an IP. Also think of extra MACs like the Ethernet on a MacBook ;-)

    2 - Go to Object > Address/Geo IP and add the IP

    3 - Go to BWM and add a policy with type = Per-Source-IP with Source set to the IP object you created in #2
    Here you can also use Service Objects or Application Groups.
    Configure Bandwidth to your liking and test it.

    this can't use, i have windows server with mac spoof. When i am this option enable server can't resolve ip adress.

    And how block only facebook a youtube
