I have a problem with the upload speed

Hello, I am from Egypt. I have a Zyxel VMG3625-T50B router. I am contracted with the Internet company for a speed of 30 megabytes download. I have a strange problem inside the router. It appears to me that the private landline, the speed I have is 30 megabytes for download and 4 megabytes for upload, but when using the Internet I ran a speed meter and found that the full download speed was 30 megabytes, but the upload speed was 0.10. Oh my God, this is horrible. I tried to do a factory reset and the problem still exists.
