Zyxel 5401-b0

Hi I got this router in my home, I have internet, I can see the router on the network, but whatever I do I cant enter and configure it.

This is what "error" I got, its translated from norwegian to english :P

This site is not available 192.168.10.1 took too long to respond.
Try this:

Check the connection
Check the proxy server and firewall
Run Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Ive, tried and tried, and without configuring it I wont even get my 5ghz net.

Any help out there guys? would be appreciated, thanks :)
