Unregistered Won't reregister

I have unregistered a Zyxel access point and it does not show in any list including Inventory. The light on the unit is Blue. When i try and reregister so i can add to a different site, it says it is already registered to this account. How do i fix

"When i try and reregister so i can add to a different site, it says it is already registered to this account. " This could be because your device is still in an organization. You can find your device and where it is on the "My Devices & services" page. You can reference this FAQ for a hint:
