    Hi @Swampy

    To provide you with the most accurate assistance, could you please share with us which model of access point you are using? Additionally, are you looking to set up a guest SSID?

    so I have the modem/router detailed in the first photo.
    the second photo shows the _guest account “entry point”.

    Third photo is the resultant screen.

    Fourth photo is the message I get after selecting save (happens if I change the password or leave it as the default provided)

    Maybe you can change the password to a number or text.

    Or try to obtain the latest firmware from your ISP or retailer.

    Hello @Swampy

    If you want, there is some later firmware for VMG1312-T20B at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-Zyxel-CPE-Devices-Firmware-Advanced-Downloads-Firmwares-and-other-resources which could take you to V5.30(ABSB.5)C0 .

    Kind regards,

    Tony

    Hello @Swampy

    Ok.

    Apparently under Network Setting > Wireless > Guest/More AP > Edit you can generate a network password automatically, which might help you.

    It should I hope generate a valid password as a valid pre-shared key.

    * see screenshots below.

    The device is probably also being particular about what characters are in the key, so automatic generation should help with this too.

    Kind regards Tony
