NAT -- USG FLEX 700H

Good day, I have a problem with the NAT option of my USG FLEX 700H, I have created 19 rules of which they are applied randomly when I restart the device, some work and others do not, I restart again the USG FLEX 700H, the rules that did not work Now they already work and the ones that were already working stop doing so, it is totally random, it is reflected in the logs as if the rule did not exist since it does not detect it as DNAT, it simply goes to the default rule where it drops the package. This started happening to me in the new version 1.20. What can I do so that all the rules are applied? I hope for your help.
And it's not that the rule is wrong because as I explained, I restart the firewall and this rule starts working, but another random rule stops working.

I have had it where NAT rules don't apply until a reboot but then all rules should work after a reboot.
are the random rule that stops working at the bottom of the list?
Also do any of the rules use address type interface IP?

The last rules are the ones that do not apply, he randomly takes them, but this happened in 1.20 in the previous one if they were applied
