USG Flex 200 full connect to SSL VPN with Mac iOS but dont work with Windows 11

I've a problem with Windows SSL VPN connect to USG Flex 200.

I can to connect SSL VPN with Mac iOS but cannot to work with Windows 10 or 11.

I've a USG Flex 200 (Firmware Version V5.38(ABUI.0) / 2024-03-28 02:45:56).

When i try to connect with SecuExtender 4.0.5 can to see "ACCESS FORWARD" in USG Flex 200 Log but quickly received "secuextender is connection disconnect" message.

With Mac iOS i dont have problem. SSL VPN full work. My SecuExtender Mac Version is 1.2.1.

Your upper device have Port forwarding ? Ensure the SSLVPN port are the same.

For example: Client connected "VPN server:10443" and your Firewall GUI is also 10043

thanks, i checked vpn ssl port and are correct.
With Mac iOS i dont have problem. I can to connect in SSL VPN.

I've problem only with Windows.

I've done one test of another customer that have an USG Flex 200 and all function are correctly.
but I try to used TWO Factor authentication and now i cannot to connect in SSL VPN.

What do you think ?
