Hi, How does one access the management of the modem in local network without hooking into the modems lan directly?

    Managed to make this working:

I had to create another WAN interface with a static address in the same subnet as the modem and then it became accessible!

    bump.

I upgraded my main router to Cudy AX3000 running pppoe tunnel interface on wan port. still cannot access the management of the modem vmg4005. the vmg4005 has local ip of 10.0.1.1/30

What can I do to make my bridge modem accessible behind pppoe interface WITHOUT opening the ports to public?
