Problems with i Phone SE not getting WIFI at home

Hi I have just had installed a new router serial number S230Y40001687. All the family have access to WIFI except me . I went to the Apple store and as I have WIFI in other places there seemed to be a problem linking into our home ZYXEL router installed at our home by GRAIN

try forget the wifi information on APP does it help?
