I have 8 of these access point with my house, all conected to a the same switch. The all have the same SSD. In topology I can check the usage of the wifi. It could be 2.4, 5 or 6 but on 6, I don't ave any device. I don't know why. the majority of devices are connected to the band 2.4 even thought the devices are pretty close the AP.

The NWA50AX access point you are using supports only the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, not the 6GHz band.
For accessing the 6GHz frequency, consider upgrading to a Wi-Fi 6E access point like the Zyxel NWA220AX-6E or WAX620D-6E, which can operate on the 6GHz band. You may find more information in this FAQ.
