Why my FWA710 doesn't keep DNS servers?

Hi, my FWA710 doesn't want to keep my DNS servers in "Home networking"→"my_lan_1". I've tried to set and reboot, they were still there, but after 1/2 days, when logged in i can see DNS servers of my ISP, even if is still selected "manual" with those addresses. And why i have to reselect "my_lan_1" every time i get into this section to modify settings, it still goes to visualize "default"

    To better support you, could you share the following details with us:

    Do you mean that the "From ISP" checkbox is checked, but DNS Server 1 and DNS Server 2 still show the IP addresses you entered with the "Static" option?

    I’m sorry, I meant the opposite, when I check Static after some days my addresses are not 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 but they’re from ISP with Static checked.

    Thank you for the information. We have configured the settings as you described and will monitor for any changes on our end.

    In the meantime, could you share which DNS server IP addresses you saw with the Static option instead of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4? Also, are you experiencing any service issues when the DNS server IP addresses change to the ISP's?

    I don’t have any problems when the IP’s are switched. They switch to

    DNS 1:151.5.216.25

    DNS 2: 151.5.216.225

    Which are my isp addresses

    We confirm this issue, and we will resolve it in the next official firmware version, which will be announced in the NEBULA MOBILE ROUTER NEW RELEASE.
