Hi

On a NAS326, a Shared Folder disappeared and changed its status to 'Lost'.

As I cannot edit the entry of the Folder, how this can be recovered?

Do you have two volumes? If yes, are they both healthy?

    Hi,

I have the sam problem. After reset a can’t change the “Lost” status to “Normal”

Do you have some solution for it?

    Thanks a lot!

I think a share is 'Lost' when the shares database says there should be a share, but the corresponding subdirectory on the data volume isn't there.

A subdirectory can disappear on a hard reset due to a filesystem corruption. In that case it might be in the lost+found directory, where the filesystem dumps all files which doesn't seem to have a parent directory.

    Login over ssh, and execute

    su
    cd /i-data/sysvol/lost+found
    ls

If ls shows anything, that could be your lost data.
