After resetting I can't access the default gateway(192.168.212.1) of my router

I can still ping it through cmd...but it wont let me access admin oage5....both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz SSID is showing...and letting me connect wirelessly....and I can still connect my zyxel to another router through Lan to Wan as access point ......but no matter what i do ... I can't access the login page it's just saying

"The requested URL: /home.html was not found on this server

eCos Embedded Web Server at 192.168.212.1 Port 80"

I have resetted the router multiple time...even flashed the original firmware through tftp method....still the problem pressisting

Basically the only thing i can do with my router is ...use it as a secondary router through Lan to wan....via cat6 cable

    Hi @Flamingo

Thank you for providing more details about your troubleshooting efforts.

The issue you're experiencing is quite unusual and persists despite standard troubleshooting methods. Due to the NBG6615's end-of-life status, our ability to develop new fixes or provide extensive technical support for such unique problems is limited.

Given the circumstances, and considering that the router is behaving abnormally even after a factory reset, this might indicate a more severe hardware or firmware issue that's challenging to resolve remotely.

At this point, if your device is still under warranty, we recommend pursuing the RMA process.

    Hi @Flamingo

Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Reset the Router: Perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the reset button for at least 10 seconds before releasing it.
    2. Try Different Browsers or Devices: Sometimes, browser or device compatibility issues can cause problems. Please try accessing the login page using a different browser or device.

If the issue persists and your device is still under warranty, I recommend proceeding with the RMA process through your seller.

Please note that the NBG6615 has reached its end-of-life status. For optimized technical support, consider upgrading to our current range of products available here: https://www.zyxel.com/global/en/products/next-gen-firewall .

I have already stated above that the factory reset has been done multiple times... tried different browser and devices... tried to login wirelessly and also through lan port...I even flashed the firmware through tftp method still the problem is pressisting...the router is nearly 2 years old...why are you suggesting to by me new one? If that was the solution then i wouldn't have posted here dear.

How can a router behave like this just because it's been factory default... please provide exact technical support for this specific problem.

Consider trying different ports and another Cat 5e cable. This might help at times.
