I need help used memory problem 75%

I have a zyzel VMG1312-T20B and I get the system status memory used 74% 75% and at times the internet connection gets slow can someone help me and give me a guide if it is because of the high memory of the modem it is making me slow of the internet?

There are many reasons will cause the Internet can be slow.

Maybe you could try access the internet via an ethernet cable or wifi and see if it's faster.

Or reboot VMG1312 to check it again.

You can also try performing the speed test to see if the speed is normal.

Yes, but my question is, if the memory goes up, it stays between 74% and 75%, it could be a problem of crashes or intermittencies. I'm waiting for a response or is it normal for it to go up to those percentages?
