ZYXEL - INTERNET ACCESS DX3301-T0-EU02V1F WIFI 6 AX1800 VDSL2

hi my apple I pad will not connect on WIFI.

all my other devices can

it say unable to access

I done the following to try to fix the problem

reset the I pad network setting

rest the settings on the I pad

made a guest network just for the i pad with the 5 GHz turn off

restart the router

took to my friend house and it connect first time to there WIFI

any help would be more than welcome
