EX5601-T0 Parental Controls do not work (F/W V5.70(ACDZ.2)C0)

I'm searching for any reference to a known bug / firmware update to fix this

I have an EX5601-T0 F/W V5.70(ACDZ.2)C0

If I select the Parental Control tab in the dashboard I get this screen

Note spelling mistake "Add more Profile" - I'd suggest this should be "Add Profile"

However, if I click on this (either highlighted yellow or the tab) nothing happens.
