Device already registered but not in my list of registered devices

Hi, there!

How can I unregister a device that i probaly forgot to remove from a previously deleted site/organization ? I will then register it on a new site.

    Hi @Papa_DIOP

    To check which organization your device belongs to in your Nebula account, you can use the "My devices & services" feature located in the top right corner 💬 button.

    If you want to register the device to another Nebula organization, you can use the Nebula mobile app and scan the device's QR code for registration.

    If the above guidance does not resolve your problem, please provide us with the device's MAC address and S/N through a private message.
