    Hi @Gescad ,

To configure a 2.4GHz mesh connection:

    • Navigate to Devices > Select Access Points
    • Choose the specific AP you want to configure
    • Click on Smart Mesh > In the Band section, select 2.4GHz

This process allows you to set up your mesh network to operate on the 2.4GHz frequency band for the selected access point.

    Hi @Gescad ,

You're right. The mesh band selection is not available in some access point models including NWA1123-AC PRO.

In your case, just fine-tune the placement of your root and repeater access points. Ensure that APs are deployed within areas with sufficient signal coverage, ideally at –70 dBm or higher for 5GHz. You also can adjust your 2.4GHz radio power to 5dBm lower than your 5GHz radio to reduce the interference between APs in 2.4GHz.
