NR5103EV2 - IP-Passthrough menu setting is missing
Hi! we are having issues with a menu missing in web gui on a Zyxel NR5103EV2-model.
No firmware updates available and multiple resets on the router. We want to use this as a modem and passthrough WAN IP to another firewall/router.
Has the "Cellular IP-Passthrough" menu been moved to another place?

No options in there for ip-passthrough

According to the user guide from 2023 Cellular IP Passthrough should be under Broadband.
Can you say what firmware your device is running please?
You probably also should check that the fourth LAN port is not set-up as Ethernet WAN.
- the above extract from the user guide says that that setting HIDES the passthrough screen.

Can´t check it now since i´m not onsite, but it was the latest when i checked for new firmware-versions(No new versions).

I am missing this entire menu "Cellular IP Passthrough" in the router.

Please look at the following, which is in the user guide if you & I read it more than once.
"Note: This screen is not available when the fourth LAN port acts as an Ethernet WAN port.
Note: This screen is not available if Ethernet WAN is enabled at Network Setting > Broadband > Ethernet WAN > State.

Yes, just saw that as I was reading my own previous answer. I´m currently checking the WAN settings

Ethernet-WAN was disabled already and still missing the IP-Passthrough menu.
Current Firmware Version: V1.00(ACIQ.1)b1_D0

Im having the exact same issue. The IP Passthrough menu is simply not visible from the GUI. But when site is being refreshed, Im able to catch a glance of the menu for a split second and then it despairs..
I have reported this issue and awaiting Zyxel support to reply.0 -
