I am trying to connect my Melissa Home Connect to my Router, but how do i check Captive portals andMAC address restrictions?

Welcome to the forum.
If you look under Downloads and resources at the following link then you should be able to find the user guide for your EX3300-T0 router.
In response to the things your Melissa needs:
- Yes EX3300-T0 works in 2.4 GHz band
- No it does not have a capture portal
- Yes it can have MAC address restrictions, which Zyxel call MAC Filter. You should look under the Security menu of your Zyxel device.
