but NO download!
It says go to Homepage!

The Zyxel AP configuration file has been sent to your email. Please check your inbox or spam folder to retrieve it.
We also would like to inform you that Zyxel AP Configurator (ZAC) has reached End-of-Life (EOL) status. ZAC support is now limited to specific environments running Windows 7 and Windows 8.
To ensure continued optimal management of your Access Points, we highly recommend transitioning to one of the following solutions:
- Nebula Cloud Management
- Access Point Controller or
- Standalone Mode
