login problems

in Home Router

Hi, im new to owning a zyxel router (VMG8623-T50B)

and im trying to log in to it in order to access NAT to port forward for a gaming server, but im unable to login with the username and password on the router, i havent changed/accessed it before so im stuck on what to do. any help would be great, thank you :)

    I recommend you to reset by pressing and holding the reset button.. If you want me to help you find the Supervisor password, you can send me your device's serial number as a message.
