xs3800 port 10gb fiber mono up and down

HI, I have a question with the XS3800 setup and xgs2220-30hp.
I have one xs3800 and six XGS2220 (4x54hp + 2x30hp). All switch are connect in fiber 10G. All config go ok.
But I can't connect just an XGS2220-30hp. I can to see in the xs3800 monitor that xgs2220 goes up and down continuously.
I changed both transceivers and cable to single mode fiber.
I changed the port on both switches but dont work.
XGS2220 Firmware version is V4.80(ABXO.4) | 04/10/2024
xs3800 Firmware versione is V4.80(ABML.3) | 09/25/2024
Tranceiver single mono fiber is SFP10G-SR-E

Hi @MassimilianoDelta ,

Could you share with us some point below:

Confirm if the XS3800 and the other five switches (4x XGS2220-54HP + 1x XGS2220-30HP) are all connected using single-mode fiber?
You mentioned testing with different ports; however, from the logs, we currently only see activity on Port 27. Could you confirm if Ports 28–30 on the XGS2220-30HP were also tested? By the way, let us know which ports on the XS3800 were used for testing?
This issue occurs only when set to Auto-negotiation for 10G, or if it also happens under a fixed 10G / Full duplex configuration?
