Need to set new device password NSW100-10

I need to factory reset / reset password on my NSW100-10
Red alarm blinking
Nebula says device configuration status is not up to date
Terminal and web to device asks for password
My set password is not accepted, nor is 1234
The device is passing traffic but I can't manage it.
All other Nebula devices in my system works fine.
Please help

Problem solved, found the site wide password and then reset the config on the switch
