[NEBULA] Will myzyxel maintenacen disrupt Cloud Authentication?

in phase2 you mention it will be possible to create user in cloud authentication for vpn-connection.
During maintenance of NCC like 27.june, will end-users be able to login to VPN to their corporate network during the maintenace period?

    On 27, June, we have the maintenance of myZyxel, it will only affect the signing-in and authentication with myZyxel during the maintenance period. As a result, you may not be able to login NCC and forum.
    Authenticating with Nebula cloud authentication for VPN connection won't be affected during this period.
    Only if, when nebula cloud authentication servers are not reachable (maintenance, network outbreaks and so on), it should be affected and the service will be temporary unavailable.

    Hi @FrankIversen

    In summary, myZyxel maintenance, will not affect the Nebula cloud authentication, only sing-in process as explained by @Nebula_Irene

    However, NCC maintenance or lost of connectivity between NCC with the security gateway will affect the L2TP authentication with Nebula cloud authentication.
    But our aim is to provide a high availability of NCC, therefore maintenance might even be unnoticeable :smile:
