Clients list NOT listing all IPs
Hello everyone,
as you can see below I cannot inspect all the IPs given to the devices inside my network:
Blue device is a NAS with a reserved IP, for example, but I am not able to know which IP it has looking into Clients list area.
Green device is not known by me, I can see that it is attached to port 6 of my switch but I don't know what it is. So having its IP could be useful to check if it has a device web UI to look into.
A part from that in the red rectangle you can see Policy set as "Normal" for green device while it should be "Reserve IP".

Hi @GiuseppeR
Could you let us know which devices the Blue and Green devices are connected to and whether their traffic passes through the firewall? If the traffic doesn’t pass through the AP or firewall, the Nebula client list won’t be able to detect the IP assigned to the device.

Hi @Zyxel_Kay
Blue device is cabled to a Zyxel switch that is cabled to a Zyxel firewall:
As you can see I have no IP in Nebula, but on site is perfectly working and I know its IP.
The same situation for Green device:
Strange fact is that the Green device seems to be a Zyxel device, but I have no idea what it is:
As you can see I have no Zyxel device on that site with a MAC address being like xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:C3
This morning I have a new item with NO IP listed:
Same network, now I have Blue + Green + Pink device with null IP and all of the has Normal Policy while I'm sure it is wrong.
Pink device topology:
Blue device has a Reserved IP so the column with red arrow is wrong:

Hi @GiuseppeR
Could you please enable Zyxel Support access for this Nebula organization and share your organization and site names with us?
I'd like to take a closer look at your site.

Hi @GiuseppeR
The reason the Green and Pink devices don’t appear in the Nebula client list is that their traffic doesn’t pass through the firewall (e.g., if they’re routed to a different subnet or directly to the internet). We remotely accessed the firewall and checked the ARP table, and these devices are not listed there.
As for the Blue device (NAS with a reserved IP), it should appear on the client list since it has a reserved IP on the firewall interface. We've identified a bug affecting this, and it will be fixed in a future update.
