Hi.
I would just like to give some cred for the staff who responds on this forum.
So far it only takes hours before the answer is on place.
This is much like Veeam (Backup Company) which also focues a lot on their forum with fast respons.
And did I mention I really like Veeam for this reason and have sticked to them the last 6 years?
Keep up the good responses, I think it will be a important factor for your success in the future.

Agree! I have had terrible response time experience in other forums like ruckus, ubiquiti and that kept us away from them.

I agree too, having responsive support from the manufacturer and being involved does feel satisfying.
