Flex 100HP - wrong "password changed date" value

I tried to upgrade the 200H via local UI (the green arrow in Maintenance area) but it was NOT possible due to ITS firmware installed. The firewall refused to upgrade, it told me to contact a support member.
It was late in the day, I wanted to test new firmware, so -before contacting Zyxel engineering team- I tried to test this limitation that was on local UI and force it when I decided to launch the update from Nebula web platform (not via app) and the Nebula highlighted me that 1.30P1 was available to be installed. So I told the web platform to update the firewall. The latest firmware was installed on both 200H and 100HP in the same way.
After that, considering the fact that I shared both admins logins with Zyxel (so it was NOT useful to change the password), I checked this issue and you have the screenshots.

We were unable to reproduce the reported issue on our site. If possible, please record a screen video showing the steps that trigger the problem? This would help us better understand and resolve the situation.

Yes, please help to set up remote Web GUI access so we can directly check for the log on your firewall. You can refer to this guide for setting up HTTPS WAN access:
Once the setup is complete, kindly share the login credentials with us via private message.
- Device access URL or IP address
- Admin account username
- Admin account password

In our lab, we manually upgraded a device’s firmware from version 1.21C0 to 1.30WK47. During this process, the password change time did not align with the firmware upgrade time.
We recommend upgrading your device to the latest firmware version,
1.30WK47
, and checking if the issue persists. If the problem continues, please record a screen video of the firmware upgrade process to assist us in analyzing the behavior.Judy
