Hi all,

We have a USG Flex 100H installed on a customers site for at least a month when I try to check the event logs in Nebula (Site-wide>Monitor>Firewall>Event log) the log is always empty no matter what keyword or category we search for.

Am I missing a configuration setting?

    Hi @LukeArchbold ,

If you cannot view the firewall event logs in Nebula, this may be due to two reasons:

    • System Log is disabled.

    To resolve this:

    1. Navigate to Log & Report > Log Settings
    2. Change System Log setting to "Normal"

    • The firewall device is offline in Nebula.

Check the device's connection status and ensure its properly connected to the Nebula control center. If the firewall still offline, please enable Zyxel support. Additionally, please provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.

    Thanks Judy,

When I make this change and apply the setting the System Log returns to default settings rather than apply the changes.

    Default settings

The firewall appears in Nebula and I can use remote configurator to login and make changes, however I have noticed that it does not seem to be reporting back correctly.

I cant see the port status of the device (its definitely connected)

Unfortunately we do not have control over the buildings router, is it possible that traffic is being blocked?

    Hi @LukeArchbold ,

Thank you for sharing your Nebula organization/site information via private message. Unfortunately, we are still unable to access your site. It appears that the Support access hasn't been successfully enabled. Could you please enable Zyxel support?
