AP not working
Dear All,
I had one switch with two APs connected for several months (no changes made), and everything was working.
For several days 1 is working and the other one is not…
It blinks green and orange for 1 sec. I've tried connecting directly to the switch and changing the cable, but nothing is working.
The device is always offline...
can you check my settings?

Hi @enricandre,
Could you swap your AP to clarify if this is a hardware issue? Currently, the AP cannot link up but the switch can deliver power.
Swap steps:
- Swap AP only. Keep the cable connected to the same switch port.

I swapped them and the one that was working is still working…the other one no!

Thanks for your update. I also checked the current AP status and the issue AP is now online with a power adaptor. This hardware issue seems to be related to PoE. Please feel free to follow the below link to submit an RMA request:
