AP not working

Dear All,
I had one switch with two APs connected for several months (no changes made), and everything was working.
For several days 1 is working and the other one is not…
It blinks green and orange for 1 sec. I've tried connecting directly to the switch and changing the cable, but nothing is working.
The device is always offline...
can you check my settings?

organization's name is Empowering Students
I've already invited Zyxel support as administrator ;)
