    Hello Zyxel Support,

    I own a Zyxel NR2101 5G Mobile Router.

    Device Information:

    • Model: NR2101
    • Hardware Version: RXLG1.27.00.232_0R03
    • Current Firmware: V1.00(ABUS.4)C0

    After upgrading to ABUS.4, I started experiencing significant network issues, including:

    • Frequent internet disconnections
    • Reduced download and upload speeds
    • Unstable 5G connection

    I have already performed a factory reset, reconfigured the APN settings, and tested different network modes, but the problem persists.

    I would like to request the official firmware file for V1.00(ABUS.3)C0 (or the appropriate downgrade package) so that I can revert to the previous stable version.
