I just set up my Zyxel FWA505 5G and I am connected to the internet and all is well, except for one thing. The WiFi I have set up, is not possible to connect to. I dont see it in my list of WiFi`s. I see the router name in the list and need to connect to that, with the password that came with the router.

How can I use my own SSID and pasword?

    Hi @King_Nothing ,

From the Homepage screen, click on WiFi Settings to change the WiFi network name (SSID). Once changed, you should be able to see the new network name in your phone or laptop's WiFi list and connect to it.

We can do it from our site.

When I set this up, you wanted me to use the Nebula-app. In there, I have set the SSID, but this is not visible. I have tried to log in via 192.168.1.1 using the admin username and password on the router, but I only get a message saying that the username or password is incorrect. How do I access this? And cant the SSID be changed via Nebula?

    Hi @King_Nothing ,

Please note that SSID configuration is not currently available through the Nebula portal or Nebula app - this setting is only available for other devices.

Regarding your login attempt: When the FWA505 is managed by Nebula, you must use your Nebula site password to log into the FWA505. Which password are you currently trying to use?

I am not at the place the router is, but I used the password listed on the router itself. I cannot remember that I used a password to use the Nebula-app. 🤔

    Hi @King_Nothing ,

I cannot remember that I used a password to use the Nebula-app.

Have you forgotten your Zyxel account password?

    Hi @King_Nothing ,

Your Zyxel account can be used across all Zyxel platforms. You can either:

    1. Use your Zyxel Community password to log into the Nebula portal directly, or
    2. Navigate from the Community to Nebula portal

Once logged into Nebula, follow these steps to find your FWA505's password: Click Configure > Site settings > Device configuration > Local credentials.
