  • After updating the device to version 1.30 (ABWV.1), it does not copy the configuration with the weekly setting at a given time

    Currently, the latest firmware for the USG FLEX 200H is V1.31. We recommend upgrading your device to this version to ensure optimal performance and security.

    Regarding your concern about the configuration not being backed up as per your scheduled settings, could you clarify if you're referring to the configuration schedule backup? Additionally, where was this schedule set—on the Nebula Control Center or the local web configurator of the device?

    We’ve tested this feature and found it to function properly in our environment. To better assist you, if you’re configuring this through Nebula Control Center, please enable Zyxel Support Access and provide your Nebula organization and site name. This will allow us to review your configuration and investigate further.

    • After uploading 1.31, even Backups from before version 1.30 appeared and were not visible at all. In version 1.31, it is possible to delete many System Logs, but after using this option you need to refresh the window and this must be corrected

    Do you mean that after upgrading your firewall to V1.31, the backup feature returned to normal, but you're now encountering an issue with the system log?

    • After deleting many files, there is no change in the window (refresh) - the system deletes them but does not refresh the current window.
