FWA505 needs rebooting

I lose internet connection on this daily. The router worked fine for about a month but now it needs rebooting daily. I have tried using ISP bands on Network Settings/Broadband/Cellular Bands but this does not help.

    Hi @Coco,

    May I know:

    1. What is your current firmware version?
    2. What is your configuration?
    3. What is your signal strength when the issue happens?
    4. Can you ping 8.8.8.8 and resolve the domain when the issue happens? (P.S. To resolve a domain can use nslookup google.com)

    Hi Melen, thanks for your reply.

    1. Version is V1.18(ACKO.1)C0
    2. Configuration is as it came except: a) Firewall is set to medium strength b) Changed SSID name and password c) changed APN names and bands per ISP (see attached)
    3. Signal strength is max
    4. Issue not happened again since I posted so can't try the ping test

    I have update to latest version of firmware ACKO.4 but now having to reboot daily/ every 2 days to have internet access. Am at the point of returning the router for refund. Zyxel should not be selling these if they do not work efficiently.

    I don't have an answer to your issue, but I have the exact same problem.

    Thankfully I only need this as my backup connection, so I've connected it to a smart plug so I can restart it whenever I get the offline notification from Nebula.
