Very horrible service, nightmare in fact
I have had a issue for weeks and have tried set up a teamviewer session several times and the support agent never shows up or reponses to my emails. This is extremely dissappointing.. how can I raise a complaint?

If you are mentioning to the ticket #479519 about "tablet can access to local network without internet access", here is our recommendation:- Set Source to "HA_TABLET"
- Set Destination to "WAN"
- Set Action as "deny"

There is no WAN selection option in the Destination drop down.

You can add the WAN object under Configuration > Object > Address/Geo IP > Address, similar to how you created the HA_TABLET object. Remember to select the appropriate Address Type and Interface for your firewall.
Alternatively, you can directly select “WAN" it as shown in the screen below. Note: make sure to choose the correct "From" zone where your HA_TABLET is located.
