Problem with XGS1930-52 and SFP10G-T

Hallo,

i have inserted a Zyxel SFP10G-T SFP+ Module into a XGS1930-52 on Port 50 (also tried other ports already) and tried to connect to XMG1930-30HP on the 10G Port.
But no chance to get a connection.
All switches are Nebula managed and running the latest firmware assigned by Nebula.

Do someone have a hint?

    Hi @Venta,

    What's your firmware version? Could you set the link speed to 10G/Full Duplex on XGS1930-52 to test first?

    Do i really have to set as Media Type here DAC10G?
    We are speakting about the module SFP10G-T from Zyxel.

    No, SFP10G-T is SFP module, not DAC. Therefore, you don't need to change the media type option.

    I have already tried, but did not work. There should be a blue light on the module which is there for a short time when rebooting the switch and the DDMI information that the module is present is also there.

    But no successful connection, not even 1G to the XMG1930-30HP. The cable length is approx. 60m. The XMG diagnostics tells me the length.

    Hi @Venta,

    I want to share with you that the Maximum distance of SFP10-T is 30M.

    If your cable is 60M, the link will not be up. Please consider the fiber SFP module in your topology.
