Why was I downgraded
Our organisation has just been downgraded to base pack because we did not license 1 of our devices that we are testing. We did not remove it after testing and now I can not contact support because we have been downgraded.
Why is it that we are downgraded for 1 unlicensed device when we have 6 other licensed devices on a Nebula Plus Pack. How can we be downgraded because of that 1 device? If I remove that device will we be upgraded again?

To maintain your organization's PRO/PLUS status, please ensure all devices have a PRO/PLUS license. To resolve your current situation, remove any unlicensed test devices, and your organization's status will be automatically upgraded.
