FWA505 needs rebooting

Hi @Coco,
May I know:
- What is your current firmware version?
- What is your configuration?
- What is your signal strength when the issue happens?
- Can you ping 8.8.8.8 and resolve the domain when the issue happens? (P.S. To resolve a domain can use nslookup google.com)

Hi Melen, thanks for your reply.
- Version is V1.18(ACKO.1)C0
- Configuration is as it came except: a) Firewall is set to medium strength b) Changed SSID name and password c) changed APN names and bands per ISP (see attached)
- Signal strength is max
- Issue not happened again since I posted so can't try the ping test

I have update to latest version of firmware ACKO.4 but now having to reboot daily/ every 2 days to have internet access. Am at the point of returning the router for refund. Zyxel should not be selling these if they do not work efficiently.

I don't have an answer to your issue, but I have the exact same problem.
Thankfully I only need this as my backup connection, so I've connected it to a smart plug so I can restart it whenever I get the offline notification from Nebula.

We have a flex 50 wich we have to reboot dayly, bin in contact with support but still no resolution

I'm going to be replacing my own FWA505 (with a different brand) as the drop outs continue.
I've found that it's unsuitable even as a backup connection, as my main connection dropped last night and my failover didn't work as the FWA505 had also dropped its WAN connection.
