Notification when new equipment is connected (for the fist time)

I would like to see a feature that notify me (by mail ?) when a new equipment connects on the network for the fiste time (I have already seen this function on Bbox of Bouygues Télécom)

    Some details to ask, do you mean for example a smartphone or laptop connect to your wireless network, it sends notifications to admins?

    when a PC connects to the network (with ethernet ou wireless connexion) the first time, I would like administrators to receive information
