FLEX 100H set up wizard and Firmware

I cannot get past the firmware update page of the wizard. The server fails the update as it cannot connect, I suspect this is due to no DNS. The manual update page on the portal.zyxel page does not have firmware, so frustrating, for the FLEX 100H. The download libary pages shows the firmware, but one cannot download any firmware from there. It looks like I need V1.30(ABXF.1)C0 (or newer) the .bin file to use in this wizard. Where the heck can I get this file, this is such a time drain. IN addition I added the device to Nebula, but that cannot connect as it shows the device offline. HELP please.

    Hi @WestonGraphics,

    Could you help to check if your USG FLEX 100H can connect to the Internet in the first step? If the Internet is connected, please try changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 first so you can resolve the domain to upgrade.

    If this still fails, please provide me with a remote PC, and I will help you upgrade the firmware.

    @Zyxel_Melen The link contains registration for Nebula. Are there different steps if one would like the FLEX H to be managed on-site?

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

    I'm unsure what do you mean managed on-site, do you mean managed from local GUI only? USG FLEX H can managed on Nebula and local GUI, however, it is required to register on Nebula to manage its license. You can also manage your switches and APs on Nebula centrally.
