WAC500H with problems

Good afternoon, community!

After performing a manual reset (using the button on the device), the WAC500H no longer works. When I connect it to a power adapter or a PoE cable, the device turns on, the LED blinks between green and amber, and I get a link light on the connected Ethernet port.

After about 3 minutes of blinking, all lights turn off, including the one on the connected Ethernet port. If I disconnect and reconnect the power, the cycle starts again.

I have already tested with two different power adapters and PoE.

Do you have any recommendations to bring this device back to life?

    Hi @nmelian,

    This could be because the LED indicator is disabled by configuration. Could you help to check:

    1. Is the uplink switch's port LED on or blinking?
    2. If yes, please try to use ZON to find this AP. If you can find it, then you may access it and change the configuration.

    Melen , thank you very much for your help. I was able to access it using the ZON utility, update the firmware, and reset it. However, after booting, the device turns off all the lights again. When I try to adopt it in Nebula, it says that the device is already registered. But I have deleted the device from Nebula, and it still says the same. Can you help me with this?
